The land extends over the rocky slopes, located between 400 and 600 meters above sea level, mainly facing south. With care and dedication, the vines use high-density plants (6000-8000 plants per hectare), pursuing reduced yields and superior quality of the bunches. Each Camperchi vineyard has its own unique personality, which is reflected in the characteristics of the vine itself.
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aging for a minimum of 12 months in truncated cone vats,
12 months in bottle.
Intense ruby red colour. The perfume releases delicate fruity notes of black cherry, cherry and pomegranate, combined with subtle hints of damp earth, spices and scented tobacco. On the palate it is elegant and fluid, with a balanced tannic texture that blends harmoniously. It has a full body and a lingering, long-lasting finish.
It goes perfectly with roasted or grilled meat, game and aged cheeses.
