These wines range from the tradition of native vines to the elegance of the main international varieties. The Chardonnay vineyards are located in a privileged position, kissed by the sun and well ventilated, with south and south-east exposure, located at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level.

Production method
During the harvest, the healthiest and ripest grapes are carefully selected directly in the vineyard and then transported to the cellar, where they undergo fermentation in French oak barriques. The wine continues its maturation process in wood for 9 months on the yeasts, with frequent stirring of the lees, to enrich its structure and aromatic bouquet.
