The grapes are harvested by hand and subsequently pressed to obtain the must, which is then fermented in oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a process of maturation in the bottle, which lasts several years, during which the distinctive aromas and flavors of the wine develop.
Bright golden yellow color with a complex aroma of yellow pulp fruit, spices and white flowers. In the mouth, there is a light freshness accompanied by a creamy structure and a long and mineral aftertaste.
