It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose you can perceive hints of white pulp fruit and citrus fruits, accompanied by notes of sweet spices and yeast. In the mouth the wine is fresh and pleasantly effervescent, with a good acidity that balances the soft and creamy structure.
Possible combinations
Its complex and balanced tasting notes make it perfect to accompany fine foods, such as oysters, prawns and foie gras, but also white meat dishes and aged cheeses.
