Eliane Delalot’s small Domaine is located on the hillsides of Charly-sur-Marne and Saulchery, in the Vallée de la Marne. Eliane is a refined woman with the ways of another era, part of the eighth generation of a family of winemakers; her approach to the vineyard has always been based on naturalness, totally renouncing the use of mechanical means and harmful products. Furthermore, in 2010, the Domaine completed the conversion to the organic method and, after abandoning his job as an Art History teacher, Eliane’s son, Jérôme, also joined the company.
