The Fleury company is one of the oldest and most important in the production of Champagne in the Champagne region of France. Founded in 1895 by the great-grandfather of the Fleury family, the company began the production of Champagne with traditional techniques and a strong focus on product quality.
In 1929, the Fleury family bought the land of Domaine Fleury in Courteron, where they began to grow high quality grapes, using organic and biodynamic farming techniques. This choice has made the company a pioneer in the production of organic and natural Champagne, a trend that is spreading more and more in the world of wine.
In the 1980s, the Fleury family decided to use only Pinot Noir grapes for the production of Champagne, resulting in the Champagne Blanc de Noirs line, which proved to be a great success. Today, the Fleury company produces high quality Champagne, using only organic and biodynamic grapes from its own land, with constant attention to sustainability and ecology.
The Fleury company represents a history of innovation, passion for wine and attention to product quality, which is reflected in their unique and highly prized Champagnes.
100% Pinot Noir
The production process begins with a careful selection of the grapes, which are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The must obtained is then subjected to fermentation in the bottle, followed by a period of aging on the lees for at least four years in the underground cellars of the Domaine Fleury, where the wine acquires its characteristic aroma of red fruit and its fine and persistent effervescence.
Bright golden in color, with an intense and complex aroma characterized by notes of red fruit, spices and light hints of toasting. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced and persistent, with a fruity taste and a light note of tannins.
Excellent to combine with aged cheese dishes and as an aperitif.
