Description
History
The vineyard is located on hilly soils facing south-west, characterized by a combination of clay, limestone and kimmeridge (limestones rich in fossils). Both the approach in the vineyard and in the cellar follow the principles of biodynamics, using homeopathic preparations for the earth and taking into account the phases of the moon.

Production method
The alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously in wooden vats, while the refinement lasts for several months in stainless steel containers in contact with the fine lees.

Tasting notes
Brilliant straw yellow colour. On the nose, aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, white flowers and citrus fruits unfold, accompanied by notes of flint and melted butter. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, supported by a deep and persistent minerality.
Possible combinations
It is an excellent companion to cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as tasty first and second seafood dishes.
