Cachaca Blu, proudly Brazilian, is a brand born in 2024, dedicated to the production of the highest quality cachaça, capable of satisfying the highest quality standards of the global spirits industry. Made solely with garapa, the fresh juice extracted from sugar cane, which is fermented and distilled to reach an alcoholic strength of 39%, Blu stands out as one of Brazil’s most relevant brands.
Its origin is found in Minas Gerais, a region in the south-east of Brazil. Here, on a family-run estate, Blu comes to life, benefiting from an ideal environment. The warm and humid climate, combined with well-defined seasons between periods of rain and drought, favors lush growth of sugar cane, an essential element for the exceptional quality of this cachaça.
Production method
Produced exclusively from garapa, the fresh juice of sugar cane, it is fermented spontaneously thanks to natural yeasts and slowly distilled in copper stills. The total absence of aging in wood allows the raw material to express itself to the fullest of its purity.
Tasting notes
Delicate floral notes emerge on the nose, combined with a natural sweetness. On the palate it is soft, fresh and pleasantly balanced, with a clean and refreshing finish.
