History
It has its roots in the heart of Kentucky’s renowned whiskey production, and is an important expression of American traditions. The distilleries located in the northern part of this state have over 350 years of combined distilling experience.
Production method
Bowsaw American Whiskey represents a Straight Corn Whiskey, whose mashbill is composed of 91% corn, 5% barley and 4% rye. This precious drink is created in two Bowsaw distilleries, through the use of column stills, while the maturation process takes place in ex Bourbon American oak barrels, for a period of 4 years, thus giving it the “Straight” appellation.

Tasting notes
Gold colour. In the mouth it is intense, enriched by delicious sweet notes. The corn harmonizes with hints of spice and the sweetness of the barley. Hints of toffee, nuts and a pleasant spicy sweetness emerge. The finish is characterized by spicy notes, a predominance of corn and a creamy mouthfeel.
Usage
Perfect at the end of a meal or as a meditation; particularly recommended for lovers of soft, vanilla whiskeys but still with a good structure.
