The harvest is done manually to ensure the integrity of the grapes. After fermentation in steel, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques. Subsequently, the wine is bottled and aged for a further 6 months in the bottle before being marketed.
it is a wine with an intense and brilliant ruby red colour. On the nose, it offers a rich and intense bouquet of ripe red fruits such as cherry, plum and blackberry, with pleasant spicy and vanilla notes coming from the aging in wood. In the mouth it is full and enveloping, with soft and silky tannins well balanced by fresh and vibrant acidity. The finish is persistent, with pleasant notes of chocolate and spices that blend harmoniously with the fruit.
It is an ideal wine to accompany meat dishes such as roasts, grilled or braised meats, but it also goes well with medium-aged cheeses.
