It involves the use of fresh, hand-picked and carefully selected mandarins. Subsequently, the mandarin peels are left to infuse for a few weeks in a mixture of alcohol and water, to allow the essential oils and typical aromas of the fruit to be released. Once the infusion has reached the right intensity, the sugar syrup is added, which helps create the balance between sweetness and bitterness that characterizes this liqueur.
Intense and transparent golden yellow colour. On the nose, intense aromas of mandarin can be perceived, accompanied by notes of vanilla, cinnamon and cardamom, which give the liqueur a unique aromatic complexity.
