Description
History
Yerbito was born from the collaboration between Gonzalo Olivera, a Uruguayan bartender, and Karin Cristiana Romano, a commercial sector expert. Together, they created a natural liqueur, free from artificial flavors or colorings, produced in Tuscany at the Deta distillery. The recipe, the result of months of experimentation, aims to respect the South American mate tradition by transforming it into a modern and identity-rich liqueur.
