Description
History
Alois Lageder, a historic South Tyrolean estate, cultivates Moscato Giallo in the Vogelmaier cru nestled in a valley cooled by nighttime breezes from Lake Caldaro. The wine is crafted via stainless steel fermentation with approx. six months of lees aging, showcasing varietal purity and terroir with a refined aromatic profile and a juicy, dry finish.

Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature, partially fermented with whole clusters, and aged on fine lees for about six months in steel tanks.

Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with green highlights; aromatic with floral notes, white-fleshed fruit (white peach), and subtle spice; medium-bodied, elegant, well-balanced, dry, with a juicy, persistent finish.
Food pairing
Perfect with flavorful starters (charcuterie, pâtés, terrines), grilled fish (notably tuna), delicate white meats; also good with spiced or Asian dishes. Serve at 8–10 °C.
