Description
History
Original distillery located in Borgomanero, Piedmont, founded by two friends passionate about the spirits sector. Glep Beverages, this is the name of the distillery, offers a range of liqueurs that refer to the ancient flavors of the best tradition.
Production method
At the basis of the production of Vermouth there is an excellent red wine with selected botanicals. Glep Beverages’ original recipe includes gentle wormwood, cinchona, rhubarb, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, cocoa, vanilla, cardamom, as well as a number of closely guarded secret ingredients. The botanicals are left to infuse in the wine until they completely release their aromas, enriching it with a broad and fascinating aromatic spectrum.

Tasting notes
Intense ruby red color. On the nose aromas of medicinal herbs and delicate spices, on a vinous background enriched by aromatic notes of rhubarb and cinchona. In the mouth it is intense and decisive, rich and complex, with a flavor development characterized by harmonious aromas that lead to a finish with clear bitter sensations.
Usage
It can be consumed alone, as an aperitif, or used as an ingredient for the preparation of cocktails and mixed drinks.
