History
The structure of a classic agricultural company with the alternation of crops and the possibility of using a team of specialized but at the same time flexible farmers and fixed technicians. The vineyards of the Bucci company represent the heart of the activity of this reality which finds in wine its best expression in terms of identity, unmistakable, territorial, only native and quality vines of which Villa Bucci represents one of the most representative companies in the Marche and of Italy. The relationship with the territory and with the ecosystem in general has always been a fundamental imperative in Ampelio Bucci’s pursuit of quality, which has pursued certified organic agriculture for over 15 years. The desire to preserve the rural context and to bring healthy grapes to the cellar with their full expressive capabilities is at the basis of Villa Bucci’s oenological thinking. Vines that are bred with obsessive care, without ever ceasing to experiment in order to remove the superfluous and replace all the most invasive operations with respectful solutions.

Production method
It was obtained through vinification in stainless steel tanks and subsequently left to mature for a period of at least a year and a half in large oak barrels from the Slavonia region.

Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow colour. On the nose, fruity and floral notes which then evolve into secondary and even tertiary aromas. However you can taste apple, honey, almonds, aromatic herbs, hazelnuts and spices. In the mouth it is a complex, elegant, imposing, warm, enveloping, delicate wine with good flavor.
Possible combinations
In combination it is perfect with dishes based on white meat, fish, eggs, savory pies, also suitable for aging, it can evolve for another 4-5 years.
