History
The classic farm structure with the alternation of crops and the possibility of using a team of specialized but at the same time flexible farmers and fixed technicians. The vineyards of the Bucci company represent the heart of the activity of this reality which finds its best expression in wine in terms of identity, unmistakable, territorial, only native and quality vines of which Villa Bucci represents one of the most representative companies in the Marche region and of Italy. The relationship with the territory and with the ecosystem in general has always been a fundamental imperative in Ampelio Bucci’s search for quality, which has been pursuing certified organic farming for over 15 years. The desire to preserve the rural context and to bring healthy grapes to the cellar and at the fullest of its expressive capacities is at the basis of the oenological thinking of Villa Bucci. Vines that are grown with maniacal care, without ever ceasing to experiment in order to remove the superfluous and replace all the more invasive operations with respectful solutions.

Production method
It was obtained by vinification in stainless steel tanks and subsequently left to mature for a period of at least a year and a half in large oak barrels from the Slavonia region.

Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow colour. Fruity and floral notes on the nose which then evolve into secondary and even tertiary aromas. However you can feel the apple, honey, almonds, aromatic herbs, hazelnuts and spices. In the mouth it is a complex, elegant, imposing, warm, enveloping, delicate wine with good sapidity.
Possible combinations
In combination it is perfect with dishes based on white meats, fish, eggs, savory pies, also suitable for aging, it can evolve for another 4-5 years.
