Among the main wineries in the province of Ancona, it is located in Castelleone di Suasa, an area historically renowned for the cultivation of the Verdicchio vine. The company was founded in 1970 thanks to the lucky intuition of the Venturi family, who knew how to recognize and fully exploit the productive and qualitative potential of the territory. Venturi wines are distinguished by their balance between residual sugar and alcohol content, supported by a good fixed acidity which helps to enhance the elegant aromas.
Aging of 6 months in bottle and 9 months in cement tanks.
Intense straw yellow colour. On the nose, notes of ripe summer fruit, linden and acacia flowers, citrus fruits and aniseed are perceived, with a delicate hint of sweet almond. On the palate, this wine presents itself as a rich and velvety product, with a distinctive personality, characterized by a juicy freshness that leads towards a persistent and rhythmic mineral finish.
In combination it is excellent with fish and shellfish dishes, fresh cheeses, also excellent for aperitifs and on hot summer days.
