History
Made exclusively from native grapes grown in the Montecorna vineyard, located in the hills of the Valpolicella Classica region.
Grapes used
Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella.
Production method
The base Valpolicella wine is refermented on the Amarone pomace, following the traditional “ripasso” technique, and aged in oak barrels.
Alcohol content
13.5% vol.

Nose: Complex aromas of cherry, plum, vanilla, and spices.

Palate: Full-bodied, harmonious, with soft tannins and a persistent finish.
