History
The Valentini Agricultural Company represents the main winery in Abruzzo, renowned internationally for the excellence of its wines: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo and Trebbiano d’Abruzzo. The company manages 70 hectares of vineyards, producing only 50,000 bottles annually, using artisanal methods and deeply respecting nature.

Production method
Production takes place with entirely natural techniques, treating the vineyards in a completely artisanal way and without manipulating the wine in the cellar. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in ancient 50/70 hl oak barrels, where the wine matures for 12 months.

Tasting note
Golden yellow color. On the nose, it is complex and fascinating, with refined floral notes of white flowers such as broom, aromatic herbs that blend with ripening white pulp fruit, spicy hints of vanilla and coffee and mineral hints. On the palate, it offers an intense experience, combining pulpiness, freshness and flavor in a harmonious and enveloping whole, with an extraordinary persistence.
Possible combinations
Excellent in combination with fish-based dishes and/or tasty aperitifs.
