History
Cantine Faralli is a family-run winery located in Cortona, Tuscany. Founded in 1958, the company has a long tradition in vine cultivation and quality wine production. Over the years, the Faralli family has expanded the vineyards and modernized winemaking techniques, maintaining a strong connection to local traditions.

Production method
The grapes, grown at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level with a planting density of 4,000 plants per hectare, are hand-harvested. Vinification takes place in cement vats with four punch-downs and pump-overs per day, followed by aging in wood for a period of 6-8 months before bottling.

- Color: Deep ruby red.
- Aroma: Aromas of ripe fruit, sweet spices, caramel, and chocolate, with notes of black pepper and tobacco.
- Palate: Full and balanced, with soft tannins and good persistence, highlighting flavors of ripe dark fruit and spices.

The Syrah 2021 from Cantine Faralli pairs perfectly with red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses. It is ideal with roasts, braised meats, and preparations featuring wild boar or lamb. Serve at a temperature of 18-20°C, after a brief decanting to enhance its organoleptic characteristics.
