Description
History
The Tamellini family has been a family of winemakers for four generations, but it was only in 1998 that the homonymous winery was founded, with the intention of creating a different Soave from the others, more elegant and fragrant. The main grape for the creation of this wine, the Garganega, is therefore valued and it is chosen not to use barriques or large barrels, in order to guarantee a clearly recognizable identity for this product.

Production method
The grapes are harvested when they reach optimal ripeness and are already selected at the time of harvesting. It is immediately cooled and subjected to soft pressing, and placed in stainless steel vats for fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15°C. The wine ages on its fine lees for about 4-5 months. After another month of resting in the bottle, the wine is finally released on the market.
