Description
History
The Inama family has been making wine since 1965 in the hills of Soave Classico, with a philosophy focused on enhancing the territory and the Garganega grape. The vineyards are located in historic zones on volcanic soils, giving the wine depth and a distinctive savory character.

Vinification (and aging)
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged on fine lees for several months to increase complexity and texture, with no oak aging.

Tasting notes
Color: bright straw yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: delicate aromas of white flowers, peach, almond and mineral notes.
Palate: fresh and savory on the palate, with good structure and a long, elegant finish.

Perfect with seafood starters, vegetable risottos, grilled fish dishes, sushi or simply as an aperitif.
