Description
History
The Pellegrini family has created a project of two terroirs and a cellar dug into the porphyritic rock to produce high quality mountain wines. The vineyards of the Val di Cembra produce Muller Thurgau, Gewurtraminer and Chardonnay grapes, while red grapes such as Teroldego and Lagrein, and Pinot Grigio are grown in the Piana Rotaliana. The Trento DOC Classic Method sparkling wines express the terroir of the Val di Cembra, while the monovarietals of the Pietramontis line enhance the characteristics of the territory and the grapes. The Kroz Bianco and Pinot Noir Sagum wines represent harmony, structure and elegance. The beauty of the mountain landscapes is expressed in the wines. The company is certified organic.

The scent is refined and intense, with a fragrant and complex bouquet, which includes floral and ripe fruity notes typical of the Chardonnay grape. Furthermore, light and subtle nuances of hazelnut and toasted bread can be perceived, deriving from the prolonged aging on its lees. The flavor is decisive, saline, rich in minerality and freshness, reflecting the mountain character of the wine.
