Description
History
Founded in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart, the house is a global leader in prestige Champagne. The Rosé, launched in the 18th century, reinforces the blend of tradition and innovation: made from over 40–50 crus using reserve wines and a carefully balanced Pinot Noir–Chardonnay blend. Since 2020, it is bottled in the sustainable Second Skin Case, reducing its environmental impact while preserving wine integrity

Hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature, full malolactic fermentation, 20–30% reserve wines, aged sur lie for 2–3 years, dosage 8 g/l

Tasting notes
Coral pink with orange reflections, fine and persistent bubbles. Aromas of red fruits (cherry, strawberry, raspberry), tropical citrus and floral notes (rose), with spicy hints like tonka and nutmeg. On the palate it is fresh, round, savory and balanced, with an elegant, slightly minty finish .
Food pairing
Excellent as an aperitif with shellfish, rich fish and raw dishes; also pairs with white meats (e.g. duck), charcuterie or spiced cuisine. Serve at 8 °C .
