- 85% Sangiovese
- 8% Canaiolo
- 7% Merlot
Production method
- Harvest: Manual selection of grapes.
- Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature.
- Aging: 4 months in stainless steel, followed by 3 months in bottle.
Alcohol content
- 13.5% vol.
Tasting notes
- Color: Bright ruby red.
- Aroma: Pleasant and fruity, with hints of red berries, cherries, and violets.
- Taste: Soft, clean, and smooth, fresh and well-balanced.
