Description
History
The Antinori family has been producing wine for more than 25 generations, exactly since 1385. The Tormaresca estate, owned by the Antinori family, excellently represents the rich tradition of Apulian rosé wines. The region has always been renowned for the production of these refined wines, thanks to the use of the native Negroamaro vine, which lends itself particularly well to this type of winemaking. The name Tormaresca takes inspiration from a bay located along the Adriatic coast of Salento, representing not only the origin of the wine, but also its close connection with the sea.
