History
Il Giglio is a company in Lastra a Signa, in the Chianti region, founded in 1973. Today it has been owned since 1985 by the Cicali family of Sparla & Gerardi, who will also create today’s Il Giglio brand in honor of its proximity to the splendid Florence. The company today deals with the production of some products linked to the Tuscan food and wine tradition and in addition also carries out a distribution activity of well-known and important brands from other areas, both Italian and foreign, of the same sector.

Ronchi Pichi is produced by infusing 26 different herbs and fruits in a base of Tuscan straw wine.

Tasting notes
Deep amber yellow color with coppery reflections. On the nose notes of dehydrated apricot, dried peach blossoms, gentian, cinnamon, orange peel, vanilla and other aromas and medicinal herbs. On the palate it is initially soft, mellow and delicate; reveals greater “strength” and acidity on the finish, with pleasant bittering notes and a long finish.
Possible combinations
Perfect at the end of a meal, for lovers of products linked to Tuscan history. Excellent to combine with various types of desserts, cantucci, biscuits and also to be used in mixology.
