Passito wine of white grapes
Infused herbs and aromas
Ronchi Pichi is produced by infusing 26 different herbs and fruits in a base of Tuscan straw wine.
Deep amber yellow color with coppery reflections. On the nose notes of dehydrated apricot, dried peach blossoms, gentian, cinnamon, orange peel, vanilla and other aromas and medicinal herbs. On the palate it is initially soft, mellow and delicate; reveals greater “strength” and acidity on the finish, with pleasant bittering notes and a long finish.
Perfect at the end of a meal, for lovers of products linked to Tuscan history. Excellent to combine with various types of desserts, cantucci, biscuits and also to be used in mixology.
