Description
History
The Tibaldi winery represents an excellent expression of this native Piedmontese vine, widely spread on the left bank of the Tanaro river, facing the Langhe area. The Roero lands have an ancient marine origin, but are younger than those of the Barbaresco and Barolo areas. They are characterized by being looser, lighter and less compact. The Tibaldi family has cultivated these lands for generations, and today the management of the estate is entrusted to the young sisters Monica and Daniela, who carefully follow the entire production process.

100% Arneis
Production method
The fermentation of each individual vineyard takes place separately in tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-15°C, to keep all the typical aromas of the vine intact. Subsequently, the various masses are assembled to give life to a single wine, which ages on the lees for a few months before being bottled.
