The story begins with Bartolomeo, who believes in the potential of his territory, and who chooses to tell it through wine, the Demarie winery is born. A bet – for the economy of the time – to invest in the wine field; however, the first results were not long in coming and, through challenges and satisfactions, Giovanni, Bartolomeo’s son, was also involved in the company. Since then the company has continued to grow on the solid foundations built by his grandfather, and with the philosophy that has always characterized our work: a genuine, traditional production, with an eye to the protection of biodiversity.
Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging in steel.
Straw yellow colour. Intense, vibrant and penetrating aroma on the nose, it is a complex and subtle bouquet. Floral and fruity notes emerge that evoke the smell of broom, chamomile, peach and apricot. Its dryness is pleasant and harmonious. Fresh and persistent, it leaves a wonderfully nuanced aftertaste of almonds.
Ideal to accompany appetizers, risottos, first courses with an intense flavor and white meats.
