Domaine Rieffel, located in the heart of Alsace, is a family-run winery with a long-standing winemaking tradition. The Rieffel family’s philosophy revolves around respect for the terroir, organic farming, and crafting authentic wines that fully express the unique characteristics of each vintage.

Production Method
The grapes are hand-harvested to preserve quality and carefully selected. Vinification follows a natural approach, with spontaneous fermentations and extended aging on fine lees to enhance complexity and structure. All processes adhere to organic and biodynamic principles.

Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow color. The nose reveals an elegant bouquet of citrus, exotic fruits, and white flowers, complemented by a pronounced mineral note. On the palate, it is fresh and well-structured, with vibrant acidity balancing the roundness. The finish is long and complex, with hints of honey and a striking minerality.
Food Pairing
This Grand Cru pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish, seafood, white meats in creamy sauces, and truffle-based preparations. It is also excellent with soft cheeses and the spicy flavors of Asian cuisine.
