Tasting Notes
The J. Bally Rhum Ambré Agricole displays an intense amber yellow color, reflecting its time spent in wood. On the nose, it reveals warm notes of caramel, candied fruit, and sweet spices, enriched by a cinnamon finish that adds complexity. On the palate, it is soft and well-structured, with a balance between sweetness and intensity. The finish is warm, with vanilla hints and a pleasantly harmonious persistence.
Pairing Suggestions
Ideal to enjoy neat or with an ice cube, it pairs well with desserts based on dark chocolate or dried fruits. Also excellent as an ingredient in refined cocktails.
