History
Domaine Ramonet, based in Chassagne-Montrachet, is a true icon of the Côte de Beaune. The Puligny-Montrachet parcels sit on fine limestone soils rich in marine fossils, where Chardonnay reaches exceptional refinement. Vinification
Gentle pressing, fermentation in French oak (part new, part seasoned), long ageing on fine lees to develop texture and aromatic depth. Minimal intervention and careful cellar work to maintain purity and precision.

Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow. Aromas of ripe citrus, white peach, white flowers, fresh butter and a marked chalky minerality. On the palate: vibrant acidity, refined texture, perfect balance and a long, mineral, saline finish. A Puligny of great finesse with strong ageing potential.
Food pairings
Excellent with shellfish, white fish, sole meunière, scallops, seafood risotto, amberjack tartare, elegant roasted chicken, porcini mushrooms and soft cheeses.
