Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel and large oak barrels, with some oak influence to add structure and texture. Long maturation further refines its elegance. Magnum format enhances harmonious development.

Tasting Notes
The color is luminous pale straw with hints of gold. Aromatically, expect white peach, linden blossom, almond paste, and brioche, evolving to notes of dried fruit and honey. On the palate, it’s silky and mineral, offering balanced acidity and a long, creamy finish with candied citrus undertones .
Suggested Pairings
Serve chilled at 10–12 °C. Ideal with shellfish, baked fish, scallops, buttery poultry, delicate risottos or soft cheeses. Decant 30 minutes before serving to fully express its complexity.
