History
Pojer e Sandri is a benchmark winery of the Cembra Valley and Trentino high-hill viticulture, renowned for enhancing aromatic varieties in altitude. The Palai Müller-Thurgau comes from vineyards between 550 and 750 meters above sea level, where significant temperature swings and mineral-rich soils create intensely perfumed and lively wines. Each vintage is crafted with artisanal precision to highlight freshness and terroir.
