Description
History
The company is located in Castellina in Chianti at about 500 meters above sea level. It was born in 2000 by the will of the renowned oenologist Alessandro Cellai with the aim of enhancing French vines in an otherwise famous territory, with particular attention to 2016. The choice of land and above all of the rooted cuttings was of crucial importance.

Production method
Fermentation takes place in steel and is aged in medium toasted Allier barriques for 50% new.

Tasting notes
Dark ruby red color with violet notes. On the nose notes of ripe fruit, vegetables and spices, with great refinement. On the palate it is full, enveloping in the first phase of the sip with greater elegance in the finish.
Possible combinations
It goes well with cheeses and second courses, especially meat or game.
