Description
History
VNA winery, located in Torrazza Coste in the Oltrepò Pavese region, was founded in 1982 by Uberto Fiori. In 2015, his sons Alessandro and Federico took over the operations, embracing sustainable agricultural practices and focusing on enhancing both indigenous and international grape varieties, such as Pinot Noir.
Grapes used
- 100% Pinot Noir
Production method
- Harvest: Grapes are picked in three different periods between August and September to ensure optimal ripeness.
- Vinification: Maceration on the skins during fermentation in stainless steel and barriques to extract color and aromas.
- Aging: The wine matures for 15 months in truncated conical oak barrels and an additional 15 months in stainless steel, developing complexity and harmony.

- 12% vol.
Tasting notes
- Color: Bright ruby red.
- Aroma: Elegant scents of red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, with delicate spicy and floral notes.
- Taste: Balanced on the palate, with soft tannins and pleasant freshness; the finish is long and harmonious.
