Description
History
Paolo Cerrini, a Florentine who found a love for Mugello, decided to leave his career as a goldsmith in the 90s to plant a half hectare of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on his small farm at the foot of the Tuscan Apennines. Thanks to the harsh and humid continental climate of the area and the predominantly clayey soil, the experiment was successful. Together with his wife Manuela, he has extended the activity to the two hectares of vineyards they cultivate today, adopting the approach of tending towards natural balance and tending the vineyard directly without following any specific method.
