History
K. Martini & Sohn is a family-run winery, founded in 1979 by Gabriel Martini and his father Karl. Both had already accumulated several years of experience in the wine industry before deciding to embark on a personal adventure. The first bottles were filled, corked and labeled by hand. Not having large vineyards, the company relies on numerous trusted farmers who supply their grapes for production, with constant attention to the quality of the vineyards.

Production method
Traditional red vinification, maturation takes place in oak barrels. The refinement in large wooden barrels called Tonneaux.

Tasting notes
Ruby red color. On the nose The wine produced presents a bouquet of delicate aromas of small red fruits, floral notes and light spicy nuances. On the palate it is dynamic and agile, with pleasantly varied aromas and a silky tannic texture. The finish is fresh, with a pleasant savory note.
Possible combinations
Ideal on first courses with tomato and meat sauce, tasty cheeses and second courses of red meat.
