Description
History
The family business of the Bernot family produces white wines in the Gorizia Collio, which stand out for their balance and elegance, thanks to the production of Istrian Malvasia, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc. The soils are characterized by Ponca, which contributes to the water balance of the vine and to the taste of the wines, and the long aging in the bottle enhances the varietal peculiarities of the wines, including the floral and peppery flavors of Malvasia Istriana, the mineral and exotic flavors of Sauvignon Blanc and the fine floral taste of Pinot Blanc.
