The family business of the Bernot family produces white wines in the Gorizia Collio, which stand out for their balance and elegance, thanks to the production of Istrian Malvasia, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc. The soils are characterized by Ponca, which contributes to the water balance of the vine and to the taste of the wines, and the long aging in the bottle enhances the varietal peculiarities of the wines, including the floral and peppery flavors of Malvasia Istriana, the mineral and exotic flavors of Sauvignon Blanc and the fine floral taste of Pinot Blanc.
Pinot Blanc 100%
Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Delicate sensations of apple blossom, green apple and William pear and white peach on the nose. Initially soft and velvety in the mouth, the sip is however held up by a good final acidity.
Perfect for lovers of gentle and delicate wines, to drink by the glass or as a refreshing aperitif on a spring/summer evening. As an accompaniment it lends itself to platters of fresh cheeses, delicate and tasty white meat.
