History
Founded in 1999 in Loreto Aprutino, Pescara province, the Torre dei Beati winery was born from the passion of Adriana Galasso and Fausto Albanesi for quality viticulture. The winery’s name is inspired by a 15th-century fresco in the local church of Santa Maria in Piano. From the beginning, the winery has adopted organic practices to highlight the peculiarities of the Abruzzo territory.

Production Method
The grapes come from vineyards located on the first hills at the foot of the Gran Sasso, downstream of the Tavo stream, on clay-limestone soils. The significant temperature variations between day and night enhance the aromatic profile of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by several months of aging on fine lees in the same tanks.

• Color: Straw yellow with light golden reflections.
• Aroma: Fine and elegant, with scents of pear, white flowers, honeyed notes, and hints of medicinal herbs like sea thyme and savory.
• Taste: Soft, fresh, and mineral, with lively acidity and a long, persistent finish.

Suggested Pairings
Pairs perfectly with fish dishes, seafood, shellfish, and white meats. Also ideal as an aperitif.
