History
Produced by the oldest distillery in Marseille still in operation, Pétanque Pastis de Saint-Tropez draws inspiration from the artisanal recipes of the 1930s, when the Italian community in Saint-Tropez added local plants to pastis to achieve softer flavors, typical of their traditional liqueurs.

Production Method
The star anise base is enriched with a maceration of native plants from the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, including fig, orange blossom, and other aromatic herbs, following traditional methods that give the pastis an authentic and distinctive character.
