History
The Savignola estate, with roots dating back to the 18th century, crafts wines from the heart of Chianti Classico. “Ora” embodies a modern vision: spontaneous fermentations, rigorous grape selection, and moderate use of oak through a brief stint in French barriques to retain Sangiovese character.
