History
Noelia Ricci is located in Predappio (FC) within the Romagna region, on one of the most suitable terroirs for Sangiovese. The vineyards lie at altitudes of 250-300 m on calcareous-clay soils, enabling elegant ripening and well-defined fruit. Production is focused on quality and a balanced approach between tradition and innovation.

Tasting notes
Ruby red colour with garnet highlights. On the nose: ripe cherry, raspberry, Mediterranean herbs, tomato leaf and white pepper, with a light balsamic/ mineral edge. On the palate it is juicy, with defined yet refined tannins, balanced acidity and a clean, slightly sapid finish.
Food pairings
Excellent with rich first courses like tagliatelle with ragù, grilled white meats, traditional Romagna salumi, mushrooms and semi-aged cheeses. Also great alone for a contemplative drink or convivial moment.
