Production method
After the manual harvesting of the grapes and a careful double selection, we proceed with destemming and pressing, then starting the fermentation thanks exclusively to natural yeasts. The refinement takes place for 12 months in large oak and chestnut barrels, followed by a long rest period of approximately 4 years in the bottle.

Tasting notes
Intense ruby red color. On the nose it presents a broad and complex bouquet, difficult to describe with just a few terms: coffee, plum, chocolate, humus and wet leaves. All this is found in the glass, with a gradual and refined expression. On the palate, the wine does not disappoint, filling the mouth with its rich and well-defined structure, supported by a lively freshness.
Possible combinations
Excellent in combination with beef and/or game dishes, also very tasty.
