Description
History
Nicola Ferrari produces wines with a modern interpretation in the Valpolicella Classica region using traditional grape varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara, grown with the Veronese pergola method. The wines include Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Superiore, Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso, Amarone Classico della Valpolicella, Miss Rosè (rosé) and Recioto Classico della Valpolicella Stella (dessert and meditation wine). Ferrari’s philosophy is to create wines with vertical, fresh and low sugar content that are easy to drink.
