Straw yellow with intense highlights, very fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose: ripe fruit, citrus, biscuit and bread crust notes, marked mineral and saline undertones. On the palate: creamy and elegant, superb balance, lively acidity, soft texture and a long, savoury, mineral finish.
Food pairings
Ideal as an elegant aperitif; pairs beautifully with shellfish, raw fish, oysters, delicate carpaccios, sushi and sashimi, but also with more structured dishes like seafood risotto or important white meats. Perfect for special moments or cellar ageing.
