Description
History
The Fiorano Estate was founded by Prince Alberico Boncompagni Ludovisi in the 1940s and 1950s, with the planting of various grape varieties. He continued to produce wine until 1998, the year in which his son Alessandro Jacopo took over the company. The latter acquired another 13 hectares of land and followed his father’s example in managing the vineyards, even if he chose a few different grape varieties. The historic cellar is still secret, reserved only for a few visitors such as Luigi Veronelli.
