Production Method
The Langhe Chardonnay DOC Fletcher 2023 is made from handpicked grapes to preserve their quality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, maintaining the wine’s fruity and floral aromas. A short aging period in stainless steel enhances the freshness and minerality, resulting in a vibrant and pure wine.

Tasting Notes
It displays a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, notes of green apple, pear, and citrus emerge, complemented by delicate floral hints. On the palate, it is fresh, mineral, and enveloping, with well-balanced acidity that adds vibrancy. The finish is long, clean, and marked by pleasant persistence.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Chardonnay pairs perfectly with fish dishes, shellfish, and vegetables.
