Description
History
The Pacher Hof estate, managed by the Huber family, cultivates varieties of white vines in an area of about 8 hectares in Novacella. The soils rich in minerals and the particular microclimates constitute the natural potential of their wines, of great character and personality. Andreas Huber is dedicated to converting the company to biodynamic cultivation to preserve the characteristics of the various grape varieties and soil as much as possible.

Production method
The vineyards are located at an altitude of 600-900 meters and are therefore influenced by the strong temperature variations which guarantee the aromaticity of the grapes. The harvest takes place manually around the end of September. Fermentation takes place slowly at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages for about 6 months on its lees in steel barrels and large wooden barrels.

Brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose the wine is aromatic, citrusy and with “crunchy” notes of green apple, William pear, grapefruit and white peach. Sensations of aromatic herbs, lemongrass and hints of minerality. In the mouth it is full, fresh and fruity, with a very pleasant fresh and mineral finish.
Possible combinations
Excellent to drink as an aperitif, especially on a warm summer or spring evening, or suitable for pairing with appetizers, platters of creamy cheeses, asparagus-based dishes or crudités or fish tartare.
