Description
History
The winery has a strong family bond, with Francesco d’Alessandro who takes care of the production of wine and oil. Clara and Elisabetta d’Alessandro collaborate respectively in the production and commercial management of the oil and in the corporate image, and are part of the tasting team. The agronomist Angelo Bertacchini and the oenologist Federico Staderini are consultants for wine production, while the architects Paolo Pannocchi and prof. Massimo d’Alessandro oversaw the renovation of the farmhouse and the design of the cellar. Daniela Fe D’Ostiani oversaw the design of the greenery. Jacub Wojcik works in the vineyard and in the cellar, while Decio Biagianti takes care of the maintenance of the greenery.

Production method
Harvest from 1 to 15 September, spontaneous fermentation for each variety in purity, maceration for up to 20 days, aging in used barriques of various essences and origins for 6 months, followed by aging in the bottle for another 6 months.

Tasting notes
The wine has a lively red color with aromas of red fruits and floral notes. On the palate, the fruitiness of blueberries, black cherries and strawberries combines with honey and floral notes. It is not filtered before bottling and contains few sulphites.
Possible combinations
It goes perfectly with roasted red meat, game and aged cheeses.
